Please remember that the monthly Condo Maintenance Fee remains at $270. Please mail any outstanding Condo Maintenance Fee to the above address.

As it has been two years since our last financial audit, we have scheduled an audit for the coming weeks. Upon completion, the results and findings of this audit will be shared with all owners. We have several critical matters to discuss collectively. Therefore, we invite all owners to join us for a meeting scheduled on:

Location: Online via Google Meets

The meeting will cover important topics, including:
– Installation of new security cameras
– Information regarding rising insurance costs
– Discussion of ongoing issues within our community

Additionally, please be aware that our association’s website was compromised by hackers. We are currently finalizing recovery measures and expect the website to be operational shortly. All details regarding the Google Meets link, meeting code, and additional information will soon be available at:
